Meet the Candidates
Michael Brandt
I am running to help bring stability, transparency, and responsible cost savings to our
Board and our community. My professional experience and board leadership skills have
prepared me to help ensure sound financial management, well-maintained facilities, and
open, honest communication with our residents. Most importantly, I want to work together
with our community to make it an even better place to call home.
Experience:
Served as President of the Board of Directors of Twin Rivers
Homeowners Association in NJ
Experienced property management executive with extensive
expertise in luxury cooperatives, condominiums, and rental
property operations
Proven track record coordinating with Boards of Directors,
managing large union and administrative staff, and
overseeing budgets and capital projects
Skilled in implementing preventative maintenance and
security programs, and resolving tenant and operational
issues
Neighborhood: Windward Hills
Robin Brubaker
I have strived to support our community and strengthen our HOA through resident
engagement. My experience and education of our HOA began by simply attending
meetings and getting involved by volunteering. I believe that resident involvement is
extremely important to the future health of our community. I am committed to
transparent governance, fiscal responsibility and clear communication with all residents.
I hope to continue supporting our HOA by running for a seat on the BOD.
Experience:
Bylaws BOD Ad-Hoc Committee- review governing document to
be in line with FL Statute #720.
COT Committee- assisted w/ key initiatives to enhance Resident
& HOA Communications.
Welcome Home Neighbors Club - established and led a newresident club to welcome new residents.
Volunteer Manager - Camp Boggy Creek - managed the
recruitment of 1700 volunteers annually for a non-profit
medical camp program involving public relations, marketing,
recruitment & screening, policies & procedures, risk
management, and long range strategic planning.
