Night! You going Trick-or-Treating
Mom? Heck No, Sonny Boy, I’m going
to buy a bag of 96-miniature-chocolates and have-a-sugar-feast and
gain-some-weight watching David
Muir, he’s so handsome! OMG Mom,
you been in the sauce again?
No Sonny Boy, the only sauce I’ve
had was that wonderful SkilletCream-Sauce on those BreadedChicken-Breasts
stuffed
with
Broccoli-and-Cheese two weeks ago.
I think the Kitchen-Club spiked the
sauce, Sonny Boy. Let’s taste the
Turkey-Gravy this week and if it
tastes like Egg Nogg, I’m running
back and getting more meals, LOL.
BREAKING NEWS as we come on the
Air Sonny Boy. Ever since “The
One(s)” tried to stop the KC from
supporting Free Meals from Virgil
Kapp, “The One’s” memo said,
“allowing one realtor to advertise
creates the appearance of preferential treatment”, Now the KitchenClub has THREE thanks to “The
One’s”.
Welcome to David Stahl and Angela
& David Green! Thank you for asking
the KC what you can do for our
community, as you pointed out, it is
not about exposure, it’s about giving
back! Everyone who ever asked was
always accepted and APPRECIATED!

Crystal Bowl Concert
Note: room change to ballroom
(open to the community)
Vibrations of a crystal bowl allow
the synchronization of the brain
hemispheres, bringing body and
mind into harmony. When in harmony,
the body/mind can enter a deep,
timeless meditative state, receive
intuitive messages, and engage in
creative thinking. Additional benefits: reduces stress, pain and anxiety;
clarifies thinking; and balances
energy centers (chakras) of the
body. Enriching, healing sounds arise
from crystal bowls, chimes, gongs,
bells, crystal harp and other vibrational instruments.

The Many Challenges Facing
Humanity Now

during the human evolution creates
many challenges for you. Are you
overwhelmed, uncertain of what is
happening, and find yourselves
frightened, concerned, worried,
depressed or sad? You may ask,
“How can I stay balanced? What can
I do to not be overwhelmed?” If you
to have the tools, you can be brought
to a state of balance, peace and
calm. Above all, you will be in the
presence of absolute love.
Playing Mah Jongg is a known way
