HAPPY HALLOWEEN! My friends
should see me out and about on
Halloween. If the price of chocolate
keeps going up, I’m going to go into
hiding though.

Horizon Players
It’s October and the Horizon Players
production of A Murder at the HOA
is this month, Friday thru Sunday,
10/23, 10/24 & 10/25. Tickets are
on sale NOW. Your ticket donation
of $30 provides appetizers, a light
meal, dessert and bottled water
along with a “Killer” play. It’s interactive and requires deep investigative
thinking on your part and remember,
this dinner theater comedy is a
“whodunit” and you’ll find you’re
suspicious of every one of these
characters. Now remember, “any
resemblance to actual persons or
events within our own HOA is
entirely coincidental”!
Let’s set the scene: you are out
enjoying a light meal with friends,
and at the same location Whispering
Pines is having their monthly HOA
meeting. To no ones surprise, it gets
testy, the fur flies and someone dies!
If you are thinking of being part of
future Horizon Players productions,
Club meetings are 2nd Wednesday
of the month at 7 pm. in the Ballroom.
If you want to know more about our
club, come join us, we’d love to get
to know you.

during the meeting. We will not be
having a meeting in November due
to the HOA elections.
Christmas will be here shortly and
we still have some of our Receipe
Books available. They make a great
holiday present or a house warming
gift to a new neighbor. The books
cost $15 and will be available during
the meeting.
See you at our meeting on October
14th!
In Sync Swimmers
Fall is upon us, and we look forward
to the beautiful colors of all the
autumn leaves Mother Nature
provides for us. Fortunately, we also
have something else to look forward
to: The hurricane season coming to
an END! If the pool is open, that is
where you will find the In Sync
Swimmers practicing every Tuesday
and Thursday from 9 am to 11 am;
weather permitting! If you’re passing
the pool and seeing us practice,
come in and quietly watch. In the
meantime, enjoy the beautiful fall
weather and kiss those 90+ temps
goodbye and good riddance to the
humidity!!
Mark your calendar for Nov. 20th.
The In Sync Swimmers invite you to
come for an evening of music with
“Instant Replay”, socializing with
friends, dancing, eating, and
preparing for the holidays ahead.
Tickets sales being October 21st on
MWF 9-11am in the Lobby of the
Horizon Center. $10/pp, open
seating, BYOB drinks & snacks. Stay
tuned for more information. Why not
consider joining us?
