As we enter into the month of August,
in some ways it is hard to believe how
“2026” appears to be flying by as in a
few months the “Autumn, Winter

us. August is often considered to be
the last month of the Summer
Season due to the last holiday of
summer being Labor Day on
September 7th.

Are you recovering from an injury?
You control the amount of effort you
expend so you can control the intensity more easily than other types of
exercise, thus avoiding further injury.
By regularly exercising, we can
increase our strength and maintain
our muscle mass. Water aerobics is a
full-body workout that can help us
strengthen our lower body, upper
body, and our core muscles.
