Activities for this month are:

Monthly meeting will be on August
19th in the card room at 9:45 am.
On August 13th and 27th at 10:30 am
we will have our caregivers meeting
room in the horizon center.
We have our seated exercise classes
for anyone in the Fitness Center every
Monday and Thursday at 2 pm.
Movement disorders cover Parkinson’s,
Essential Tremor & any other disorder
that makes performing activities of
daily living difficult. We are open to
anyone in our community who has
any kind of movement disorder and
would like to join us to support each
other and our caregivers, share experiences, learn about new treatments,
guest speakers and socialize.
